Withdrawl (withdrawl.eu) is a software service operated by Mintagency OÜ (registry code 16972018, Tallinn, Estonia) that adds an EU right-of-withdrawal function to online stores: a storefront button and declaration form, confirmation emails to the consumer, notifications to the merchant, and an audit record of each case. The service is offered via the Shopify App Store, a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin, and an embeddable script for other platforms.
You must provide accurate company and store information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account may manage multiple stores where the product supports it.
The Free plan is free for as long as we offer it and includes the compliance features listed on our pricing page. Pro costs €9 per month (excl. VAT) with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify Billing or by card via Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation stops future charges and downgrades the store to Free at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Withdrawl provides the technical withdrawal function. Legal obligations toward your customers — honouring valid withdrawals, issuing refunds within the statutory 14 days, return logistics, and the accuracy of the legal information you configure (company details, return instructions) — remain yours. You agree to use the service only for lawful sales activity and not to submit, or induce others to submit, false withdrawal declarations.
Content on withdrawl.eu (including the compliance check, country tables and guides) is general information, not legal advice. Requirements vary by member state and change over time; confirm specifics with a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.
We operate the service with EU-based infrastructure and aim for continuous availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The storefront widget is designed to fail safe: if our service is unreachable, your store's pages continue to load. Planned maintenance and material incidents are communicated on our site or by email.
We process your customers' withdrawal data as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how long we keep it.
The service, its software, design and content are owned by Mintagency OÜ. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own stores while your account is active. You retain all rights to your own data.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if you are on the Free plan), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or regulatory fines imposed on you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence or where liability cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the service and delete the app or your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections 7–9 survive termination; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia; disputes belong to Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact: hello@mintagency.eu — Mintagency OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.
